During construction, it is necessary to pay attention to the influence of environmental temperature and humidity. High temperatures and high humidity in summer may cause foaming of alcohol-based adhesives, and temperature differences may cause the adhesive joints to bulge. It is recommended to carry out construction under a temperature range of 15-40℃ and a humidity of over 50%RH. Avoid applying the adhesive immediately after direct sunlight or rain exposure. During summer storage, it is necessary to keep the indoor temperature of the warehouse not higher than 35℃ and avoid direct sunlight. During the rainy season, attention should be paid to moisture prevention and ventilation. During winter construction, due to low temperature and low humidity, the adhesion process is slow, which may lead to cracking and bulging. Construction is not advisable when the surface temperature of the substrate is lower than 5℃. It is necessary to increase the environmental temperature and humidity and conduct a bonding test. Before construction, the adhered surface must be neatly treated (using hand-held cutting machines, grinding wheels, steel brushes, etc.), so that the adhesive surface exposes a solid structural layer. The surface of the joint must be completely clean, and all dust and cement slurry on the surface must be cleaned and treated thoroughly. The rust layer and protective paint on the metal surface also need to be removed.
High elasticity and resistance to temperature difference deformation - After curing, it forms an elastomer that can adapt to the expansion and contraction of the substrate caused by temperature changes. It is not prone to cracking or bulging, and maintains the sealing effect over a long period of time.
No irritating odor, ready to use upon installation - The curing process is almost odorless, unlike ketoxime-type adhesives which may have a slight chemical smell. This is more suitable for living environments that are sensitive to odors.
