The alcohol-based silicone sealant continuously optimizes its performance through patented technology. For instance, heat-resistant nanoparticles with a cerium oxide@zirconium oxide core-shell structure and heat-resistant enhancers such as zinc borate can significantly enhance the sealant's resistance to thermal oxidation, creep resistance, and toughness at high temperatures, making it suitable for extreme temperature environments. By using a base copolymer of end-hydroxyl fluorosiloxane and adding titanium oxide-modified fillers (such as titanium oxide-modified aluminum hydroxide and zinc borate), the silicone sealant can maintain high strength and bonding performance for a long time when working in an oil-immersed high-temperature environment.
High elasticity and resistance to temperature difference deformation - After curing, it forms an elastomer that can adapt to the expansion and contraction of the substrate caused by temperature changes. It is not prone to cracking or bulging, and maintains the sealing effect over a long period of time.
No irritating odor, ready to use upon installation - The curing process is almost odorless, unlike ketoxime-type adhesives which may have a slight chemical smell. This is more suitable for living environments that are sensitive to odors.
