R&D Service Process

Requirement

The customer submits detailed requirements (application scenario, bonding/sealing materials, performance indicators, process requirements, environmental standards, etc.). The R&D team conducts requirement analysis and feasibility assessment.

Solution Design

Formulate an R&D plan based on requirements, clarifying formulation ideas, testing standards, R&D cycle (normal 3-15 days, complex needs 15-30 days), and R&D costs.

Sample Development

The R&D team conducts formulation debugging and sample production according to the plan, then delivers the samples to the customer for actual scenario testing.

Optimization Iteration

Adjust formulation parameters and optimize sample performance based on customer test feedback until customer requirements are met.

Result Delivery

After sample confirmation, provide the final formulation, product technical data sheet, and test report, assisting customers with mass production (can choose self-production or entrust Baolong OEM).

Follow-up Support

After the product is put into use, continuously track its performance, provide technical guidance, and perform product upgrades and optimizations based on market changes.
