At present, the production processes for assembling doors and windows using group-angle adhesives mainly include two methods: the open injection process and the overall injection process. The open injection process usually uses single-component polyurethane group-angle adhesives, which directly inject the adhesive into the cavity of the profile or the angle block, and then insert the angle block for assembly. This process requires sufficient construction time. The overall injection process is the currently widely promoted standardized production process. It usually uses double-component polyurethane group-angle adhesives. After assembling and fixing the profile, the adhesive is injected into the cavity of the angle block through pre-drilled holes. This process requires that the group-angle adhesive can quickly cure in a sealed environment.
Construction convenience - Easy to use and flexible, usually no special mixing equipment is required, suitable for manual or mechanical glue application
Shear strength - At 23℃ for 24 hours, the initial strength should be ≥ 2.0 MPa, and after complete curing, it should be ≥ 3.0 MPa; at the same time, it must meet the corresponding strength requirements after being subjected to 80℃, -20℃, and high-low temperature cycling.
Low VOC & Eco-Friendly – Meets green building standards
Strong Adhesion – Ensures reliable bonding on glass surfaces
