During construction, high-quality sawing equipment must be selected to ensure the accuracy of the profile processing. Clean the aluminum profile sections and angle brackets, and try to keep them free of oil stains. Maintain a certain humidity in the inner cavities of the connection parts between the profiles and the angle brackets, as well as the surfaces of the angle brackets and the sections of the profiles. It is recommended to wipe the areas that need to be glued with a damp cloth and set them aside. Apply an appropriate amount of angle joint glue to the effective contact surfaces between the angle brackets and the aluminum profiles, as well as on the connection sections of the profiles. Insert the angle brackets and align them along the angle seam. Complete the positioning and fixation process of this angle joint machine. After the four corners of the doors and windows have completed the positioning and fixation process, try to confirm and adjust the dimensions and flatness within 30 minutes. After the entire process is completed, clean the excess residual glue at the angle seam and other areas before the angle joint glue has fully cured. The finished doors and windows should avoid excessive uneven stress and severe collisions during stacking and transportation. Since the angle joint glue generally reaches its maximum strength in about 7 days, it is recommended to start the engineering installation one week later.
Storage and transportation - The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place below 27℃. The typical storage period is 12 months.
Weather resistance and elasticity - Resistant to temperature changes ranging from -40℃ to 80℃, with excellent toughness, it can form elastic connections between profiles, providing a buffering effect and adapting to thermal expansion and contraction.
Single-component angle adhesive - It is a moisture-curing type and relies on environmental moisture for curing. It is easy to apply and flexible, but the curing speed is greatly affected by the environmental humidity.
