The two-component polyurethane angle sealant is a moisture-curing type. It is simple and flexible to use, but its curing process depends on the moisture in the environment. In the sealed cavities of high-performance doors and windows, the curing time may be significantly prolonged, and there are problems such as excessive waste of the sealant and relatively low final strength. The two-component polyurethane angle sealant is cured directly through the reaction of components A and B, without relying on moisture. It has the advantages of fast curing speed, high final bonding strength, and high utilization rate of the sealant, but it requires the use of a special glue gun and mixing nozzle, resulting in slightly lower construction efficiency. Currently, the mainstream overall injection sealing process mostly uses two-component products, while the open-ended injection sealing process mostly uses single-component products.

As a structural reinforcement material for the corners of doors and windows, the corner adhesive needs to have good toughness, be able to form an elastic connection between the profiles, and play a role in shock absorption and buffering. The corner adhesive has excellent weather resistance, capable of withstanding temperature changes ranging from -40℃ to 80℃. The corner adhesive is solvent-free and complies with environmental protection requirements. The corner adhesive has high initial strength and final bonding strength to enhance production efficiency and significantly increase the strength of the door and window corners and the overall structure. Its technical indicators such as table drying time and shear strength need to meet the requirements of the JC/T 2560—2020 standard.
