JT-305 Neutral sealant is a single-component, medium-high modulus neutral silicone sealant in paste form. Its curing time is approximately 2 to 3 days. The drying time is about 15 minutes, with a hardness (Shore A) of 38 and a tensile strength of up to 3 MPa. It is suitable for sealing of aluminum alloy doors and windows, glass curtain walls, and stone dry hanging in construction, and can also be used for bonding and filling of various building materials such as metals, tiles, and wood.

Neutral silicone sealant

This sealant features strong adhesion and excellent weather resistance. It can be applied in a temperature range of 5°C to 40°C. After curing, it forms a flexible film that does not corrode metals and is moisture-proof and shock-resistant. During application, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the substrate is dry and clean. The width of the joint should be between 6 and 50 millimeters. It should not be used in scenarios involving long-term immersion in water or for structural assembly. The neutral sealant should be stored in a cool place at a temperature range of 4-27°C.
