Silicone sealant

Silicone sealant is a kind of material similar to ointment. Once it comes into contact with moisture in the air, it will solidify into a tough rubber-like solid. Silicone sealant is mainly classified into acetate-free type, alcohol-free type, amine-free type, and oxime-free type. Silicone sealant has properties such as resistance to ultraviolet rays, weathering, and high/low temperatures. The Si-O chain main link is not easily damaged by ultraviolet rays. It still maintains good elasticity at low temperatures (-50℃) and is not prone to softening and degradation at high temperatures (200℃). One-component silicone sealant solidifies by absorbing water molecules from the air, while two-component silicone sealant solidifies through the reaction after the two components are mixed.

Moisture-proof and waterproof - After solidification, it forms a dense and elastic membrane, effectively preventing water vapor from penetrating. It is suitable for use in humid environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, and curtain walls.
Waterproof and Corrosion-resistant - Exhibits excellent resistance to acids and alkalis, as well as excellent waterproof and leak-proof properties. Some products have a mold resistance level of 0, making them suitable for humid environments.
