The tensile strength of acidic silicone sealant can reach up to 3.2 MPa (after being modified with silica powder). The elongation at break exceeds 600% (when vinyl triacetoxy silane is added). It maintains its curing ability at -60℃ and can withstand long-term high temperatures of 250℃. By compounding crosslinking agents (with the ratio of MTAS to VTAS being 1:4), the 8-hour curing strength can reach 0.72 MPa. Using titanium ester catalysts instead of organic tin reduces VOC emissions by more than 40%.
Elasticity and Displacement Capacity - After solidification, it can withstand a displacement of ±25% of the joint width.
