The test standard for the surface drying time is GB 13477-5. Its purpose is that after construction, reaching the surface drying time indicates that the surface of the sealant begins to undergo cross-linking. It is recommended that the finishing operation be carried out before the surface drying. The test standard for the pull-off time is GB 16776 Appendix D.5. This test method is only applicable to two-component sealants and is used to represent the operability time. The test standard for extrudability is GB/T 13477.4-2017, which is used to reflect the construction performance. The greater the extrudability, the greater the amount of glue applied per unit time. The test standard for sagging degree is GB/T 13477.6-2002, which is used to reflect the thixotropic performance. A smaller sagging degree indicates better thixotropy.
Strong adhesive force - Can form a firm bond with glass, metal, ceramics, most plastics and wood without the need for primer.
Building curtain wall - Silicone structural sealant is used for permanent structural bonding of glass and metal frames; Weatherproof sealant ensures the airtightness and watertightness of the curtain wall.
Insulated glass - As a secondary sealant, it provides structural support and ensures the stability of the glass.
Easy to install: It can be easily extruded and used within a wide temperature range (such as 10℃ to 40℃).
